❤️ PROUD. THANKFUL. GRATEFUL. ❤️
To say we are proud of our team and board members after this past week would be an understatement!
It truly felt like we had everything but the kitchen sink thrown at us. 😅 Between the heat and humidity it caused HVAC issues, water coming into the building, and equipment deciding it didn’t want to cooperate — it was definitely a week that tested us!
But every single time something happened, our people did what they do best: they came together, jumped in, found a solution, and kept going. 💪❤️
Despite the humidity and HVAC issues, we were fortunate to get things fixed and remain open so we could continue serving our customers as best we could.
And because apparently the week wasn’t quite exciting enough… 😂 just 30 minutes before a large community golf tournament, the humidity caused pressure issues with our soda system and we ended up with a flood behind the front bar. 💦🤦♀️
Once again, our team and board members rallied together, cleaned it up, handled the problem, and made sure we were ready to welcome everyone. ⛳️🍻
Weeks like this remind us that Ironwood is so much more than a building — it’s the people who make it what it is. ❤️
👏 To our team and our board members: THANK YOU for your resilience, teamwork, flexibility, and your “we’ll figure it out” attitude. We could not do this without you.
