Behind the moments in this video is a difficult chapter for our Fry’n Pie family—and a community that helped us through it.
When all three of our phone lines were down, every minute felt longer. Hour after hour, day after day, we worked to get them restored, knowing you were calling and couldn’t reach us. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced.
Through it all, you kept showing up.
You stopped by to check on us, asked about the phones, placed orders, and offered words of encouragement. Your patience and kindness gave our team strength while we worked through the problem.
When the lines were finally restored, the relief and happiness meant so much—and we wanted to share that joy with the people who stood by us.
