Please note: Due to the popularity of our Thursday Open Mic Night, we've made some adjustments to the sign-up process. The previous system resulted in us having to turn people away due to all slots being quickly filled. In an effort to be fair and accommodating to everyone, we have implemented the following guidelines:
– in person sign up between 4-6 p.m. on Thursday;
– online sign up between 12-3 p.m. on Thursday; please email [email protected] – we’re no longer taking calls. If you sign up and don’t attend or don’t cancel before 5 p.m., you’ll no longer be eligible to sign up online;
– The first 18 sign ups go into our lottery and are allotted 2 songs per person. Each additional sign up we limit to 1 song. If it’s a slow night and time allows, we could increase it to 3 songs per person.
– All performers MUST be present at 6:30 p.m., when we will draw the lottery for order of performance slots.

Our Open Mic Night was voted Best of Hudson Valley. For more than 25 years, the Towne Crier’s legendary Open Mic Nights have drawn top talent from throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond, Known as a true “listening room,” it provides artists with a respectful performance space, and live music fans with the best entertainment value around.
There is a $10 minimum for everyone in attendance – performers and audience members – which can be applied to food and beverage purchases.
