Rooster’s is closed for the foreseeable future. For over 50 years, the Cox family has truly enjoyed serving you all and being part of the Baytown community — whether it was through catering for other local businesses and industry, fundraising, sponsoring our local schools, supporting non-profit organizations, or simply getting to know and become friends with our wonderful customers. For now, we’re focused on spending time with family, doing some traveling; taking a vacation from the restaurant business. We want to thank the community for their business and support, as well as give thanks to our kitchen staff and waitstaff over the many years, but a special thanks to Tracie Locklear for always sticking with us year-after-year.
