We cater to all types of food establishemnts. City ordinances require the presence of a food service manager(s) in food establishments during all stages of operation. If you work at quick service restuarant or a mobile unit. Doesnt matter. We can help you get the training you need. Our Goal:
We want to build connections and engage our customers on our page, and inspire them to use our training. We do not teach to a test. We review basic food safety principles the manager can take back to the organization and put into practice. the review is not a presentation. It is conducted as a interactive classa nd we encourage participation. We answer questions and use on floor experiences to relate the topic to the class.
