Nutrition and movement are key when it comes to improving your health. Adrian was pre-diabetic, on multiple blood pressure medications and activity always winded him. When he started working at the shop he chose to have a meal replacement shake early afternoons instead of a high calorie low protein food. Today he got back on and he is down to 151 AND his physical age has dropped down from 56 to 52!
