Who else is getting HYPED for Colony Days?! This is our 5th year being part of this awesome event and my heart is so full ❤️

We’ve come a long way — from our little pop-up tent with just me and my husband… to now rolling up in our trailer with our two wild, awesome boys in tow! 😭 Time really flies when you’re having fun!

A huge thank you for always putting us on your must-visit food truck list every weekend. Y’all have no idea how much that means to us!

We’re stocking up extra so we can feed everybody without running out. And if you have to wait a few extra minutes? That just means your food is being cooked fresh and hot for you, promise! 🔥

Come hungry because we’ve got:
• Juicy, mouth-watering burgers 🍔
• Flavor-packed gyros, shawarma, rice bowls & doner kebabs 🥙

Next weekend, we will be at Colony Days so mark your calendars and be sure to come early so we'll still have everything. We'll make sure to double up our inventory to not run out again! See you next weekend ❤️

YEEHAW, what a BLAST the last few days were! 🥳🤠🎉

From the bottom of our hearts, thank y’all for your unending, unchangeable and unstoppable support! You showed up, cheered loud, and made every moment unforgettable.

A massive THANK YOU to all our amazing Teachers (Friday Fling), Cowboys, Cowgirls, and especially those adorable mini cowboys & cowgirls — you guys rocked it! ❤️ We had the best 3 days full of smiles, laughter, and pure fun!

And to ALASKA — you put on one seriously COOL event! We’re already counting down the days till next year…! 😍🔥

I felt a little bad for feeding the trolls instead of just praying for them, but y’all… I’m a wife who loves her husband like crazy (my family and friends can attest to that)! It honestly didn’t even cross my mind that I wasn’t “allowed” to defend him just because I own a business. My heart’s too loud for that 😂

I don’t know exactly what the future events will look like, but we’re just gonna keep doing what we’ve always done: cooking up good food straight from the bottom of my heart (and a little bit of chaos in the kitchen).

Anyway, enough with the personal tea — let’s get to the fun stuff! This weekend we’ll be at the Colony Track & Field event and the Rodeo at the Palmer Fairgrounds.

We’d love to see y’all there! We’re getting everything ready, and don’t worry — we’ll be driving like model citizens now. My husband is determined to keep his 30+ year clean record intact, especially with our babies in the truck 😉 I’m over here proud as can be… even though I’m the one with the fresh ticket after only 4 years of driving 😅 (Let’s be real, I should’ve been the one on that post, not him!)

Hello everyone!! 🎉

We are SOOO thrilled that you’re all just as pumped as we are about our upcoming adventures!! 😄 First off, sorry for the slower updates — last week was an absolute whirlwind! We had no idea we’d be that busy (guess every food truck was slammed!), so it was just me and my hubby holding down the fort like champs.

But guess what?! Tomorrow we’re rolling into Friday Fling for the very first time!! 🥳 Come satisfy those serious cravings, because we won’t be back in the Valley until the following week!

Then we’re heading to beautiful Seward Saturday and Sunday for the Seward Salmon and Song Festival 🎶🐟 We can’t wait to serve you there!
