Day 2 of Applefest in Bayfield! It is a little cooler but still a great day to be outdoors!

Full Keel Coffees and hot Apple C***r were both popular choices this morning. As we roll into lunchtime, come see us for an Apple Pie Energy, some Blue Ox hard C***r, or an Apple Spritz featuring Blue Ox C***r!

We have a tasty Asian-inspired Harvest Beef Bowl over mashed potatoes, or our Northwoods Apple Chicken Salad with tender chicken breast, wild rice, Granny Smith apples, craisins, celery and onion in a tangy mayo Dijon honey dressing. And it is gluten free!

We have great walking treats too--piefaits, brownies, Apple Nut caramel corn and more!

I am going to be at the shop putting away our Applefest food order from 3pm-5pm. We have a few pies left from yesterday, as well as pie-faits:

*SUPER SPECIAL*

I wasn't happy with how these blueberry pies turned out yesterday--I thought they were too dark, so I set them aside while I debated internally what I would do with them😂

Unfortunately, I covered them a little too well and the top crust was soft by the time I got back to them. We sliced into the 3rd pie to test it out (quality control is SO important, right😉).
The flavor is great, local berries from Highland Valley Farms. Juicy but not runny, will be delightful with a scoop of ice cream from Tetzner's or warmed up in the oven for a few minutes.

$10 each! We are here until 4pm!!

Kick the workweek off in style! We have baked apple pies (double crust and streusel), calzones with meatballs, pepperoni bread, salads, fresh salsa, French Silk minis and 10", Peanut Butter Silk, Banana Cream, Coconut Cream...piefaits and minis!

For those missing the 24 Karat Carrot Cake lately, we have the Morning Glory Muffin in the bakery case this morning as well.

Hello Friends! We will be open tomorrow, Monday 9/28 from 9am-4pm and then will be CLOSED until Friday morning when Applefest kicks off! We do have a few updates:

*We ARE accepting custom orders BUT we have filled our capacity for custom orders through Applefest weekend. If you have a request for a future custom order, you can leave us a voice message or send an email and we will connect with you after Applefest.

*If you call the shop and get the voicemail, please leave us a message. Most of the time, there is only 2 or 3 of us there and we are most likely up to our elbows in dough or meatballs and can't drop that to get to the phone in time.

*We are incredibly excited and nervous for our first Applefest! I said it is like being 9 months pregnant, the baby is coming one way or another🤣🤣 We have an innovative, targeted menu that offers a mocktail, a cocktail, two gluten free desserts, two food choices, as well as coffee, hot apple c***r, and juice boxes.

Thank you again for all the great community support, encouragement, and word-of-mouth recommendations! We appreciate you!

Good Sunday Morning Bayfield Peninsula and Chequamegon Bay! We have had a little rain and clouds to start the day but we needed it!

Don't let the overcast skies keep you away! We have a great lineup of 10 inch pies:

*Peanut Butter Silk
*Coconut Cream
*Banana Cream

Both French Silk and Peanut Butter silk freeze well for up to a month! We also have a Dulce de Leche Silk 10" pie in the freezer, use by date of 10/20/26. Just ask at the counter!

We have a great selection of fresh sammies, pastas, more fresh salsa, and a cooler full of pie-faits. Featured mini pies today are Peanut Butter Silk and Key Lime.

It is Sunday so there are caramel rolls, muffins, and the usual bars. Come see us and say hi!
