FEEL GOOD POST PLEASE READ

This afternoon while photographing a senior in Downtown Bay City I noticed a gentleman looking through the trash on 3rd St and opening takeout containers looking for food. It broke my heart so I grabbed some cash (from Adam because I don’t carry any lol), excused myself from the session and walked over to him. I offered him cash or I could buy him a meal. He asked for the meal & we began to cross the street to Zef's Coney Restaurant. At the same time, the waitress came out and said, sir my owner is going to give you a takeout meal, please come this way. I told her I would be happy to buy the meal & she said we got it 🙂 I was so impressed! Hats off to Zef’s 🙌🏻

Let’s support the local restaurant that supports our community! There are so many good people, who own small businesses in the Great Lakes Bay Region, that do small things to make our community a better place & you never hear about it, but today you did.

May we all step up when we see the opportunity to share some kindness.
