This is one of America's last true cottage industries.
We don't buy from factory farms—we buy from Louisiana farmers. Some bring a trailer full of ponds, others show up with a few sacks. What's always the same? They show up with pride and a smile.
Most of you-especially outside Louisiana-may never meet these hardworking folks. The ones who wake up early, get outside, and keep rolling, no matter the weather. They're in tune with nature, and they deliver something that brings families together.

This weather has slowed things down, but we've got you covered.
Here's the plan:
If you're wanting live crawfish this week, ACT SOON!
We're shipping crawfish Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
No shipments Thursday or Friday because of the cold.
Don't worry about the crawfish-they're fine! The cold just makes them a little sluggish.
By next week, we should be back to normal. If you're planning a boil, now's the time to lock in your order.Stay warm, and thanks for sticking with us!
