It was a long day in the boil room, but moments like this make it all worth it. ❤️‍🔥

Today a couple came in to eat, and the husband told me he hadn't had crawfish that good in a long time. He lives in Ohio now and pays around $400 a sack to have crawfish shipped to him.

I joked and said, "Well at least you know it'll taste good because you boiled it."

He shook his head and said, "Not as good as these. These were fantastic."

Those are the kinds of reviews that make the long days, late nights, and sore feet worth every second.
