This month, we are proud to recognize Luke McCullough on the extraordinary occasion of his 50th Anniversary with the Valluzzo Family and McDonald's . A rare milestone in any industry, five decades of dedicated service reflect not only Luke's commitment to McDonald's but also his passion for its people, its culture, and its communities.
Luke joined at the age of 16, a high school student eager to work and grow. What followed was a career spanning virtually every level of restaurant leadership. Along the way, he met his wife Jeri who was also working at McDonald's and they celebrate 30 years of marriage this year. ❤️
