Our Holiday Menu is officially LIVE! 🦃 Slow-smoked turkey, glazed ham with cherries and pineapples, brisket, ribs, and all the sides that make it feel like Grandma's house: mac & cheese, dirty rice, candied yams, smoked collards, cornbread dressing, and a gumbo that'll have folks going back for seconds (and thirds).

Feeding a crowd? Our Triple Smoke Holiday Platter has you covered with turkey, brisket, three half-pan sides, and a gallon of Bayou Juice. 🙌🏾
