Good morning. Please stop by and try my baked apples. Each green apple is hollowed out and filled with rich Lübecker marzipan, toasted walnuts, and c***r-soaked raisins, simmered in spiced apple c***r and pure maple syrup. They are tender, perfectly spiced, and ready to be warmed up right on your plate.

Just a quick, cozy reminder that tomorrow, Saturday, is our Bratapfel Afternoon at The Lewis Farm. We are coring crisp baking apples, sealing each base with our rich Lübecker-style marzipan disc, raisins pecans inside them, topped with homemade vanilla soft serve ice cream and maple syrup from Vermont.

All spots must be reserved in advance through our ticket link so we know exactly how many apples to prepare for the oven. Our store will be open, softly glowing, and stocked with fresh pantry staples, herbal butters, and handcrafted artisan gifts to kick off your weekend.

I'm open today. Fresh from the oven and ready for pickup! My traditional German Bee Sting Cake (Bienenstich) is freshly made and sold as individual squares. With its light yeast base, rich Bavarian custard filling, and apricot-almond crunch topping, it pairs wonderfully with a warm cup of coffee on a crisp Maine day.
