Weenies & Paninis will be there!! We hope to see you there for some delicious we**ies, paninis, nachos and shaved ice. Oh and lots of fireworks!

🇺🇸 We want everyone to have a safe and fun Independence Day. If you plan to use fireworks this year, please remember that fireworks are only allowed on residential property during approved dates and times under the City ordinance.

For 2026, fireworks may be used:

🧨 Thursday, July 2: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
🧨 Friday, July 3: 8:00 a.m. – Midnight
🧨 Saturday, July 4: 8:00 a.m. – Midnight

Please be considerate of your neighbors, keep a safe distance from structures, and never leave fireworks unattended.

Looking for a great way to celebrate? Join us for Odessa's community fireworks display at Dyer Park! Bring your lawn chairs, enjoy local food vendors, and celebrate America's birthday with friends, family, and neighbors. We look forward to seeing you there!

GREAT weekend at Carry Nation Days in Belton this weekend. Forecast said it was supposed to rain all weekend and they were WRONG!! Fabulous weather, great crowds but the best part was our we**ie team!! They KILLED it!!

HUGE shoutout to Kylee, Kenna, Mackenzie, Chesnie, Paula and Robbie - you all know how to get things DONE!!

Now we are taking a break and headed to watch our grandson play some baseball. We will see all you we**ie fans in a week!!!

Weenies & Paninis just made a donation to this wonderful cause. I challenge all my friends, family and other food truck owners to do the same! Together let’s feed those that are in need.

Your donation helps provides free, nourishing meals to children and families in need in our community. Our goal is simple: no child or parent should go hungry. With love, generosity, and support from people like you, we’re working to make sure every plate is full.

Come by the Independence Halloween parade and get you some Weenies & Paninis! We will be set up at the corner of Maple and Spring. If it’s chilly we will have coffee and hot chocolate to warm you up plus our full menu of yumminess!
