The philosophy at Neighbor's is simple - good food in good company. Our dough is made fresh daily and hand-tossed right before we throw it in the oven. Each pizza is made to order - no machines, no conveyor belts. With wide-open spaces on the Colorado River, family-style seating and a sharable menu, we've created a community space designed for getting lost in good conversation and forming lasting relationships. There's no better way to celebrate than by introducing the talented person behind the fresh pours at Iron Bridge Icehouse: our new brewer, Sam!

Sam, along with her wife and two dogs, came to us by way of Grand Canyon Brewery and Distillery. She has 8 years experience as a winemaker in Oregon, North Carolina, and Arizona. Almost two years ago she made the transition from wine to beer. Her favorite brewery is Burial in Asheville, NC.

🎉 Employee of the Month Spotlight 🎉

This month, we're proud to recognize two incredible team members who make Neighbor's a better place every day. Congratulations to Sadie and Maleena! 👏

✨ Sadie has been a valued member of the Neighbors family for more than two years. Her reliability, knowledge, and genuine hospitality create an exceptional experience for every guest she serves. Outside of work, Sadie recently celebrated getting married and is pursuing her dream of becoming a therapist. We're so proud to have her on our team and can't wait to see all she accomplishes!

✨ Maleena has quickly become an important part of our kitchen team since joining Neighbors in May. She's a hard worker, a fast learner, and is already training to become a line cook after mastering our prep recipes. Her positive attitude makes her a joy to work with, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her daughter and getting creative with arts and crafts.
