Feliz Cumpleaños y Día de los Padres to the man who has built Las Cocinas from the ground up for the past 17 years: Constantino Galvan!

Costa’s priority to opening this restaurant was always one thing: to support his children’s endeavors in life. He has consistently pushed through by waking up every single day to serve food to the great community of Bastrop to support his family. La Familia Galvan is truly greatful and blessed to have such loyal and dedicated customers to support Costa’s dream. We have learn to love the city of Bastrop ever since we opened in 2009. Whether you have been a customer since day 1 or a new customer walking in: thank you from Costa, Raquel, Analy, Constantino, Erasmo, Saray, Anayeli, and Manuel. Without you, Costa’s dream of sending his children to college and giving them a chance in life would not be possible.

We celebrate not only Constantino and his various accomplishments, but also all the fathers who consistently work to provide for their family. Happy Father’s Day to every single Dad out there! YOU ROCK!
