Ham Bonz is some 'yam good Soul Food…where pork is considered the other “white meat” and sweet tea is the “house wine.” We don’t cook meals, we fix ‘em. Our southern favorites include fried chicken, a “mess” of collard greens, sweet cornbread, “poke” chops, candied yams, macaroni & cheese, and a “heap” of dessert.
