The Salt Road wine dinner is this week. We are excited for our wine, our food and our community. Wednesday will be even more special with our guest, Jeff Delgado. Certified Sommelier, WSET Level 3, lifelong student of wine, Jeff Delgado brings more than 20 years of experience in fine dining & the wine world to the table.

Passionate about discovery & storytelling through the glass, Jeff believes wine should be approachable, adventurous & fun. When he’s not managing Retail Sales for Southern Glazer’s at Central Market, you’ll find him helping guests fall in love with wine, one bottle, pairing & conversation at a time.

A special thank you to DJ Cowboy Casey for spinning all the right tunes for the evening, and to Brenda Abbott Floral Design for the gorgeous flower arrangements. We're grateful for everyone who spent the evening with us.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Sustainable Food Center & Wholesome Wave, in support of their mission to improve access to fresh food.

Richard is the owner of Loop and Lil’s Pizza in Lockhart Texas. He is also the executive chef at Ottine Mineral Springs. Richard has been in the culinary industry in central Texas since he was 18 years old. He is passionate about local food sourcing from scratch kitchens, and sharing the craftsmanship of the culinary world with his patrons.
