🚂❤️ 6 YEARS OF RAILWAY CAFE! ❤️🚂
Six years. SIX. YEARS. 😭🥳
Sometimes I look around Railway Cafe and honestly can’t believe this little dream has turned into what it is today. What started in 2020 with a whole lot of faith, hard work, sleepless nights, questionable decisions 😂, and a dream has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
Railway Cafe isn’t just a restaurant to me. It’s a huge part of my life. It’s the people who walk through those doors every day. It’s the friendships we’ve made, the laughs we’ve shared, the stories we’ve heard, the crazy days we’ve survived, and yes… the occasional kitchen chaos that makes me question all my life choices. 😂
There have been days when I’ve been exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, and wondered, “What in the world am I doing?” But then someone walks through the door and says, “We love this place,” or tells us how much Railway means to them, and I remember exactly why I started.
To every customer who has eaten with us, grabbed a coffee, brought their family, recommended us to a friend, shared a post, left a review, or simply walked through our doors — THANK YOU. ❤️
To every employee who has worked beside me, put up with my crazy ideas, helped keep this train on the tracks, and given Railway a piece of themselves — thank you. You are a huge part of this story.
And to this community… thank you for believing in a little local restaurant in Bassett, Virginia. You’ve allowed me to chase a dream, make a living doing what I love, and build something I’m genuinely proud of.
Six years later, we’re still here. Still cooking. Still growing. Still making memories.
And apparently… I still haven’t learned to slow down. 😂
Here’s to 6 years of Railway Cafe — and to whatever crazy adventure comes next. 🚂❤️
