Each morning at Focacceria Ristorante, we begin by baking our homemade focaccia bread, desserts and pastas! Our famous homemade pastas include our black linguini, ricotta gnocchi, eggplant lasagna, and raviolis! All of our

sauces and each and every dish are started from scratch. We strive to utilize the freshest, local ingredients when crafting our dishes. All of our fish and meat are fresh daily, we only use wild caught fish, and grass fed organic meat and poultry. We believe that the best dishes start with the properly raised ingredients. At Focacceria Ristorante we offer four separate dining rooms. Our famous Outdoor Patio is so popular that we were awarded one of the Top 100 Al Fresco Dining Restaurants in the Nation! We also offer a rustic and romantic indoor dining space, with two separate floors. Being that Liberty Corner and Basking Ridge are historic areas, you will find historic details, images, and advertisements throughout the home in which Focacceria Ristorante is built. We also have a small private room for parties of up to twelve people. Interested in hosting a private party at Focacceria? Please call to discuss about renting the upstairs dining room or outdoor patio for a private party of up to 60 upstairs, and up to 80 outside. All party menus are custom crafted pre-fixe menus, built around your favorite dishes. We also offer catering! View our website for our catering menu.
