Happenings From The Ridge: When I Was a Kid, Wednesdays Were Always Pasta Nights - We Planned A Day Ahead To Which Pasta We'd Have!!

Welcome to The Ridge Restaurant! Serving people of Basking Ridge and the surrounding areas, since 1987. The Ridge has gained many friends… friends who have become like family.

In our family, one of the most important events of each day was dinner. There was always an abundance of food; not only for us, but also for the guests brought home.
