We recently got our hands on some creamed sandwich cookies from Buttered Bliss Bakery . Let me tell you how this works.  There are six cookies here. I have a family of five. That means everybody gets one plus Dad gets a second, for the “Dad Tax”. Standard operating procedure. However, I will not be eating the sixth cookie. “But, Get Fired Pizza… Why? Weren’t they delicious?” Oh yes. Yes they were. However, I am convinced that an oatmeal cream pie cookie this delicious has got to be illegal. So, we are saving the 6th to be turned into the proper authorities. In fact, surely I broke a few laws by eating a cookie this good. So I may turn myself in while I’m at it. Don’t believe me? Go break the law for yourself and get you some of these delicious, most likely illegal, amazing cream sandwich cookies from Buttered Bliss Bakery in Shepherdsville. Uh oh…. I may have eaten the evidence while writing this. 🤫

Greetings! It’s Thursday. Know what that means? It’s probably time to do some grocery shopping, because all these little summer breakers have eaten everything in the house. Oh trust me, we know the feeling. So get to Bardstown Save-a-Lot tonight from 5-8:30pm so you can restock those fridges and pantries, and stop by our trailer for some pizza, wings, and calzones. Because, hey, ain’t nobody got time to cook on grocery shopping night. See ya soon!

Did you read the news? Bourbon City Kitchen & Trade Company is rolling in the dough lately. Literally! You can now find our pizza dough “chilling out” at the market. Go grab ya some. Make a pizza and a memory at home with your loved ones. Make it for date night for that one you wanna impress. Or just take it outside and have a summer dough ball fight. The possibilities are endless! 🍕🥖🥨

What’s up, Pizza enthusiasts? We will not be posting a schedule this week as we’ll be playing the days by ear since it is the first week of summer break for our kiddos. However, you can definitely catch us today at our normal set up at Bardstown save a lot from 5pm-8:30pm. We hope you’ll come by for some wings, pies and calzones. The bouncy houses are inflating, the food trucks are ready, and the cars are rolling in. Get on up to Nelson County High School for some family fun and support Crusade For Children. Don’t forget we have Breakfast Pizza and Breakfast Calzones from 9am-11am. Of course our regular pizza menu is available as well until 3pm. Also, we have free hot coffee for all First Responders.

We know exactly how you need to start your Saturday. Like sweet rides? Like bounce houses? Like good food? What about a darn good cause? There’ll be all that and more at the Nelson County Fire & Rescue car show from 9am-3pm. Also, several of you have been asking about breakfast pizza lately. Here is your chance, as we only do this on special, early occasions. For the first two hours of the show (9am-11am) we will offer breakfast pizza with choice of sausage, bacon, or ham, alongside eggs, roasted potatoes, cheddar/mozzarella cheese, and honey drizzle. Also, we will have free hot coffee for first responders. Seriously, can you think of any other way to kick off a Saturday? See ya there, and bring your kids!
