Our monthly package comes exactly as advertised, so there are no substitutions. BUT… if you need certain meats in customized amounts, we can absolutely put together a custom order for you! 🙌 Just remember, those orders also need to be pre-ordered so our butchers can have everything cut fresh and ready to go for you.
