Pretty excited to announce a couple things, all having to do with staying busy and getting food to local spots to you all, including a new bar right here in Barberton 🔥

Upcoming events for October include:

The Cigar Lodge 10/22 for TNF 🏈 come grab your favorite cigar and cocktail and watch the game on one of their huge projectors or TVs, food complimentary for customers/members

Luciano's Bar & Grill 10/24, they’re opening early on Saturdays throughout the sports seasons to host ⚾️ Saturday Watch Parties 🏈 for OSU and MLB, featuring drink specials and local food trucks/vendors- myself included (indoor meal sales for now!) Come grab a sandwich and a couple drinks with the bartender Alexis Holt

Luciano’s Bar & Grill 10/29, small bites will be featured as the included food for their Halloween Murder Mystery event (see the flier 🔪🎃) as well as a drink included with ticket purchase!

Updated pricing for catering. Some things are up, a few are down, but most are the same. Quantities are always huge, inquire for any event!

Also, I will be taking orders for turkey breast and most sides for Thanksgiving, no whole turkey this year until I get another smoker built that can handle the size. If it makes you feel any better, we’re also eating turkey breast this year at my house 😅 come grab a smoked old fashioned and a Perdomo cigar this week at The Cigar Lodge and support those guys, it’s a cheap membership, they do dinner every Thursday, and play every game/race/fight you’re looking for. Best kept secret around!

Very excited to announce a little collaboration with The Cigar Lodge in Portage Lakes to provide some food for Thursday Night Football throughout the season 🔥 food will be complimentary for all current members! Set dates so far are this Thursday 10/1 and next Thursday 10/8, along with a Perdomo event coming up this week as well the same night.

If you haven’t been in yet be sure to stop by and check them out, whether you’re new to ci**rs, looking to give it a try, or enjoy them daily they have something there for you and one of the best wh***ey selections around. Fantastic drinks, your favorite bbq, NFL on a giant projector in one of a few dozen leather recliners, and a great cigar- what more could you want on a week night?

I’m not gonna lie, I did not expect the support to come flowing back in the way it did. Makes me very grateful for all the hard work myself and a couple people close to me put into this whole thing from the beginning. Thank you guys, even if it was just a new follow or a like. You won’t be disappointed!

That being said, if anyone had a lead on someone looking to get out of business, upgrade, whatever the case may be and it leads to a successful transaction on a food trailer from here on out, it’ll be rewarded up to an entire catered party on me. You hook me up, I’ll hook you up. Post your leads, send the marketplace links, send this to your people. I’ll travel far if the deal is right.

I appreciate you guys! There’ll be a few really cool trial runs of some great new things coming up by the fall, stick around and stay tuned. Hello! I’d like to provide everyone with a much needed and pretty exciting update after a long period of inactivity on this page.

First off, my apologies for the break. There were missed messages, which means missed opportunities. Quite honestly, this burnt me out, bad. You guys showed a support and following so often that expanded so quickly, I head zero clue what I was in for. I had to step back, I didn’t love this anymore. It turned something I enjoyed into another full time job I didn’t have the tools to perform. That being said, I’m not gone or done- actually quite the opposite.

I am still very much available for catering at this time, and have been doing quite a bit of it. Messages will be answered from here on out, and my number/email is available as contact info on here for any catering inquiries or holiday orders.

Aside from that, I’ll be working from this point on at getting into a food truck/concession trailer to be at local events, fairs, and provide on-sight food service with all the classics you love, and some creative new ideas as well I’ll be working more on soon. It’ll be a long road, but I’ll get it there and get this rolling the way it should have been from the beginning.

I’ll be updating the menu with current prices, which won’t change much. Get ahold of me for anything you need for your event, any time. The approach will be much more calculated, and I can finally make this what I wanted it to be to begin with; something I love and enjoy doing that rewards us all at the end of the day. Please consider sharing if you enjoyed the food before, can’t wait to serve you again soon!

The time has come.

I want Texas Twinkies in my life, so that means you get them in yours too. I’m running them as a weekend special for pickup on Sunday, 1/26. They’ll be the usual 6/$20, increments of 6 only! I’ll also be running mini sides of mac & cheese and honey jalapeno cornbread (2-3 servings) for $6, pic with my beautiful hand for reference 😎 any side except street corn is available in half and full pans as well.

I’ll be sharing this quite a bit as the lack of activity has me out of the algorithm. Please share, and send a message to get your orders in! There’s a lot of new followers since last time I ran these as a special, so tell your friends. These are NOT worth missing out on 🔥 only available a couple times a year.
