🥚💛 This sandwich comes with a story.

Meet The Little Lucy, one of the original Mother’s Kitchen sandwiches that’s making its way back out of the archives.

Years ago, a woman named Helen created the egg salad recipe that became a Mother’s Kitchen favorite during Tasha Higgins’ time at the helm. The name? It came from her friend who owned chickens. A chicken named Little Lucy laid the eggs for the very first batches of this sandwich. 🐔✨

It was also one of Edie’s favorite sandwiches(Tasha’s mother). If you knew Edie, you know she was a true force in this community.

Today, Helen’s granddaughter Juniper is part of the Mother’s Kitchen team, making this story come full circle. The same kitchen. The same community. A new generation carrying the tradition forward.

That’s what Mother’s Kitchen has always been about. Great food, great people, and the stories that bring us all together.

🥬💚 Hey, vegetarians… we didn’t forget about you.

Our menu has some seriously good plant-forward options, and these two have become favorites:
