Today I am making the shedule for the employees this week. Pay is up to $12/hr plus tips with flexible hours. Pay is depending on experience and job. Message me.

Hey fans of Bancroft Trading Post, we have RINDLISBAKER farms local potatoes on the menu tonight. They come with the New York steaks or the Pork Chops off of the Santa Maria grill. Come and get them. Open until 9pm tonight and tomorrow.

Make the drive to Bancroft to enjoy a steak, pork chop or baked salmon. It is worth the drive because of dinner pricing and ambiance. Check out some Bancroft history, play a game of pool or darts or just enjoy the evening out.

Come see what everyone is talking about...the good word is spreading fast.

The new phone # is 208-648-4041 and you can call ahead for take out or eat-in. Reservations are not necessary...yet.

Most dinners are less than $30 for two. Lunches are usually less than $20 for two.

Do you have extra produce from your garden or farm that you want to give away or sell? Bancroft Trading Post will help you with that for no charge. Come in and talk to Mike Ackerman and we will make the arrangements. Lets keep supporting this awesome community. Produce stands for free public use.

WAIT...EVEN BETTER...BREAKFAST hours start this week. Starting Tuesday we will open at 6:30am to start serving or selling you breakfast to stay or go.

Wednesday - Chicken Terriyaki, Orange chicken or Sticky Steak bowl $7 all day

Thursday, Friday and Saturday - Salmon Bake $12 all day, pork chops ($15) and New York Strip steak ($2/oz) on the grill after 5pm

Bancroft Trading Post needs help!!! Need extra money, come and get it.

Hiring staff right now for ASAP. School has started and we are getting busy and busier. All wages listed are take home wages. Hourly is computed so after taxes, that is what you go home with.

Shifts are 6am-11am for breakfast shift, 11am-4pm for lunch shift, 4pm-8pm or later for dinner shift. TIMES and DAYS are flexible even if you only can work one day/week. I will work with you. Need applicants and workers immediately.

Kitchen staff needed all shifts
4 positions - Dishwasher/janatorial/bus tables $8/hr all
8 positions - Prep cook/Cook $10/hr
2 positions - Kitchen manager $12/hr or more

Lunch staff needed
4 positions - server/ice cream parlor $12/hr + % tips

Dining staff needed dinner shifts
4 positions - host/hostess $10/hr+ % tips
4 positions - server $12/hr + % tips
4 positions - ice cream parlor $10/hr + % tips
