May’s Happy Hour Takeover is approaching!
4:30-6:30 - WEDNESDAY - MAY 27th
This time we’re giving the floor to McClintock Distilling!

McClintock operates out of Frederick MD and they are known for their hand-distilled, organic spirits like gin, vodka, and whiskey - made with locally sourced ingredients. At Magdalena, we value McClintock’s sustainability practices and craft of spirits!

Max will be creating speciality cocktails using McClintock’s finest, including: The Forager!
* This gin is inspired by traditional London dry gins and the botanicals historically foraged in the Appalachian Mountains ⛰️🪻🌿

Bar bites will be available and dinner service starts at 5 if you’re looking to dabble with us for your next course ✨

Featuring:
• Château Saint-Roch “Le Clémentin” (Côtes du Roussillon) — a bright and textured Grenache Blanc blend layered with stone fruit, citrus, and Mediterranean herbs

• Crocus “Le Calcifère” (Cahors) — a beautifully mineral-driven Malbec with dark berries, violets, and earthy depth

Color is the bounty of spring, and we are basking in it at Magdalena - your destination for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine in Baltimore

Featuring three of our newest seasonal dishes from Chef Brian Schmukler, each plate is layered with bright flavors and a burst of color:

Seasonal Salad — crisp radicchio and gem lettuce tossed with shaved fennel, pickled rhubarb, sheep’s milk feta, pistachios, and a blush of roasted strawberry vinaigrette

Ajo Blanco — a chilled, silky soup with pickled grapes, green herb oil, and a scatter of tender herbs

Dressed Local Oysters — briny, locally sourced oysters topped with cool cucumber mignonette, vibrant carrot-daikon relish, pickled chilis, and fresh cilantro
