he-art production facility and warehouse, and other locations in Bel Air, Canton and Hunt Valley. Vaccaro's serves famous desserts, coffees and now panini, mufalato and salads. Favorites include Gelato, Cannolis, Macaroon Cookies, Cakes and the COLOSSEOS - a Belgian Waffle topped with loads of gelato and other toppings.
