Stocking up on fresh, real ingredients isn’t just a box we check off our list—it’s a love language. It’s how we keep things real, natural, and full of flavor 😋

And a little fall beauty along the way… how gorgeous are those pumpkins?! 🎃🍂😍

Who’s crying? Me? not at all 🥲
It’s just hard every time a bird leaves the nest ❤️‍🩹

After three wonderful years at KC, our dear Teja is beginning a new chapter in Data Science. 💛

Teja, thank you for the love and care you’ve shown our customers, our team, and this place we call home. We’ll miss you and know our customers will miss you too.

Once part of the KC family, always part of the KC family 💛 We’ll be cheering you on! 💛

For An Evening of Egyptology at Johns Hopkins, KC had the honor of creating an Egyptian food experience to complement a beautiful evening celebrating Egypt.

These are the moments we love most — when food becomes more than a meal and turns into a bridge to culture, conversation, and connection.

Thank you to Johns Hopkins for inviting Koshary Corner to be part of such a special evening. ❤️🇪🇬
Thank you LAiTH ALATTAR for the nostalgic music 🎼

🌴 Fun fact: Egypt is one of the world’s biggest producers of dates, and date palms have been part of Egyptian life for thousands of years. 🇪🇬

You’ll find them growing all along the Nile, in oases, across the countryside and all over different cities — and they’re a big part of Egyptian food and culture. 🤎

Just another little piece of Egypt we love. 🌴✨

I’m standing here, The Mediterranean stretched out in front of me like it’s been waiting here since the beginning of time — and something in my chest just… settles. Pride I didn’t have to earn. Gratitude I didn’t have to ask for. This is Egypt. This is mine. Thousands of years of history under my feet and I get to just exist in it.

But that same sea touches other shores. Other people who belong to their land just as fiercely as I belong to mine — who are watching it, fighting for it, refusing to let go.

Land isn’t just where you’re from. It’s memory. It’s inheritance. It’s the thing that holds you even when everything else feels like it’s shifting.

I don’t take mine for granted. Not for one second. And pray peace lands on every shore.

Egypt 🇪🇬 vs. Argentina 🇦🇷

The stakes are high… but the hearts of Egyptians are higher.

If you know Egyptians, you know one thing: nothing can stand between us and hope. We carry joy in our hearts, we celebrate the smallest moments, and we find pride in every reminder of who we are.

Tomorrow’s match is more than just 90 minutes on a field. It is a moment where millions stand together, united by love for our homeland, our history, our culture, and a civilization that has inspired the world for thousands of years.

We will cheer for the victory, but we will also cheer for the journey. We will cheer for the players who carry our flag, our dreams, and the spirit of Pharaohs who came before them.

No matter the result, they have already made us proud.

From the Nile to every corner of the world, Egyptian hearts beat as one.

GOOOOO EGYPT! 🇪🇬❤️🤍🖤⚽️
