We had the chance to be guests at the soft opening of from – and wow, what a vibe!

First of all, congratulations! You’ve worked so hard and it really shows. The front of the store is stunning, absolutely gorgeous.

The food blew me away:

The ribs were flavorful and perfectly balanced.

The potato salad was a big hit – creamy and not over seasoned.

The pasta salad was light and so good for summer.

The mac n cheese had great flavor without being too salty.

The coleslaw was fresh and clean tasting.

And then came dessert… oh my, oh my. I didn’t catch the name, but it was amazing – not too sweet (which I love) and so good I went back for more than one 😅.

The drinks were also on point – just perfect.

✨ To sum it up, it is an amazing vibe, delicious food, awesome dessert, and great drinks.
I’m so impressed with this soft opening and truly wishing them success on this journey.

We really hope they got a lot of support.

Dear Vegan Friends,

As we approach the end of this year, we want to take a moment to thank you all for your incredible support and for giving us the opportunity to share KINDEE Vegan Thai Food with you.

Even though our time together was brief, it has been an invaluable experience. We’ve learned so much – not just about running a business, but also about food, and the power of community support.

Your feedback and comments on our food have been lessons we truly appreciate, helping us grow and improve.

It has been an incredible journey to pursue our dream of cooking delicious vegan Thai food, using high-quality produce from local farms, stores, and even ingredients from my hometown.

While we are not stopping our dream, we recognize that we need some time before we can return.

We are deeply grateful to this vegan community and hold great respect for all of you. We wish you a wonderful year ahead, filled with kindness, joy, and success.

Thank You for Your Incredible Support!

We are overwhelmed and deeply grateful that so many of you voted for our food as the “Best Vegan Dish” for Maryland vegan restaurant month. This recognition means the world to us, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone, especially those who voted for us.

Due to the overwhelming and positive public reception creating more orders than we can efficiently handle, we have made the difficult decision to pause our current operations and relocate. My wife and I are tirelessly working to find a new location where you can come in, sit down, and enjoy our food IN OUR NEW RESTAURANT. We already have several exciting prospects!

For the past five months, we have been strictly operating as a delivery and carry-out restaurant. The reception has been amazing, and we are ready to take the next step. We have only scratched the surface of our potential, and we are excited for what’s to come.

We know we often express our gratitude, but we cannot thank you enough for your support. We will be temporarily closed until we find a new space, but rest assured, we have not given up on this business or the vegan community of Baltimore. We never will!

Receiving the news that we were voted the best vegan dish just minutes after deciding to move was surreal and incredibly motivating. It’s pushing us to secure a new space as quickly as possible.
