Daniela Useli moved from Sardinia, Italy to Baltimore in 2000 with a dream to open her own trattoria. She first worked alongside chefs at Grano Emporio and Sotto Sopra in Baltimore, before fulfilling her dream. Daniela Pasta and Pastries opened in July 2011.
