✨ 12 Years of BricknFire Pizza Company ✨

Twelve years ago, I started BricknFire Pizza Company with a dream, a lot of determination, and no idea where this journey would take us. Today, I’m incredibly proud to share one of the biggest milestones in our company’s history.

For the past 12 years, we’ve operated out of The Breadery’s kitchen as our commissary. In just a short time, we’ll be officially moving into our own brand-new, state-of-the-art commissary kitchen inside the Trolley Trail building that my family owns.

This project has been one of the biggest leaps we’ve ever taken. It has tested our resilience, stretched us financially, and challenged us in ways I never imagined. But growth requires taking big risks, and this is certainly one of ours.

I want to sincerely thank Nic, Lisa, and the entire Breadery team. They graciously allowed us to continue operating out of their space while we worked toward building our own. Their kindness and support played a huge role in making this dream possible.

Most importantly, thank you to my mom and dad. They transformed an unfinished warehouse into something incredible and gave BricknFire a permanent home. Their belief in me and this company has allowed us to continue dreaming bigger.

To my BricknFire team and our loyal customers: thank you. Every late night, every event booked, every pizza ordered, and every visit to Trolley Trail has helped us reach this moment.

And last but certainly not least, thank you to my amazing husband and family! Small business dreams truly take a village, and I’m so grateful for mine. ❤️

And now, we’re excited to share that this new space isn’t just for BricknFire. We are officially beginning to look for tenants for our new commissary and are excited to support other food businesses in our community.
