Today marks 2 months since Tony passed away (January 10th) at home around between 1:15p after extremely difficult days of pain and suffering. The memories of those last days are very difficult as we made feeble attempts to manage restlessness, sleeplessness, severe all-consuming pain, and other unmanageable symptoms. Despite all the suffering Tony experienced months before and especially those last days and hours, he never ceased to express his love for us. Tony asked if I was able to get some sleep the night before he passed away - worrying I was juggling too much and not resting enough. When Kaila asked him if he needed anything that afternoon, Tony’s gentle and loving voice responded with “No honey, I’ll be okay for a while.” Tony and Kaila were the last to speak to each other.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the support of those who came to comfort me and Kaila days and weeks after his death. We appreciate those that gave us space to do whatever we needed, knowing we’d reach out. The outpouring of condolences with care packages, cards, texts, calls, and offers for help was much needed in the early days. We appreciate all the Tony stories that made us laugh and cry. All these actions allowed Kaila and I to mourn on our own before bringing Tony’s community of love together to honor him.

Tony was the life of the party no matter how small or big the party. Tony was a part of many people’s lives and loved all walks of life. There will be several events open to those that would like to remember and celebrate Tony.

It is with deep gratitude that Kaila and I are able to celebrate, remember, laugh, cry, and honor Tony with you at these events or privately. We miss him deeply, but will never stop loving him as his love continues to fill our spirits.

I have listed the Jurasic Pork food truck for sale on a couple of sites. Sadly I love the business but my arthritis has made it impossible for me to continue. This is a great business for someone to take over. I am selling the truck, all the equipment , the social media and the name for a very reasonable price - dm me for price and details.
I have loved every moment of my Jurasic World and will miss many of the friends I’ve met along the way. Thanks to everyone who helped and supported us. I will continue catering.

It’s my favorite time of the year. So I am bringing to the Sunday Catonsville Family Farmers Market Smoked and House Brined Corned Beef Ruben and my Whole Smoked New York Strip ( which is bloody delicious) and hot off the smoker Whole and Half Racks of Ribs. We will have our towable smoker and everything is coming hot off the fire.

We will definitely be at the Catonsville family farmers market this Sunday. It is the last market of the year and we will bring ourSliw Smoked House Brined Corned Beef Ruben ! OMG they are way too good.
Also if you want Holiday ribs - Pre Order by phone or DM - By Friday for Sunday Pick Up and Monday for Wednesday Delivery. cooked wrapped and frozen or unfrozen. All you need to do is put em in the oven and wait a bit. My ribs are award winning and let’s face it - way better than turkey.
Full Racks are $23.00. They can be picked up at the market frozen or delivered on Wednesday for orders over $100 free delivery.

Today we are at 307 International Circle. For those of you that loves barbecue but hate the cold Dash we are bringing our heater to keep you warm. The good news is you never have to wait long for delicious barbecue from Jurassic Park we promised to serve you in under three minutes from ordering. Hope we see you out there.

Hey BBQ Fans. We are going to be at the Veterans Appreciation Street Survivors Car Show on Sunday 11/11. We will be ready to serve our BBQ from 10 am - 3. Come out and help a great cause. See some amazing automobiles and chow down on our fantastic bbq.
