Still feeling so grateful to everyone who came out to our fundraiser, a Taste of OTK on 10/1. We got to feature 17 of our 50 members in a one of a kind local food market. It was awesome seeing Tea Bar & Herbal Apothecary • Baltimore food trailer parked in front of our kitchen.

My name is Widdlie Celisca, and I’m the founder and owner of GouZile Foods. GouZile Foods is a Haitian-inspired food brand created to share the bold, authentic flavors of Haitian cuisine with more families and communities. I started GouZile Foods from my love for cooking, Haitian food, culture, and the traditional flavors I grew up with. Our products include Island Crunch Pikliz, GouZile Epis, and Haitian-style hot sauce, all inspired by the vibrant taste of Haiti. I’m excited to continue growing the business and introducing GouZile Foods to more customers through retail, community events, and local partnerships.

Product Descriptions:
Island Crunch Pikliz: A bold and crunchy Haitian condiment made with fresh vegetables and a flavorful, tangy kick. It’s the perfect complement to meats, rice dishes, sandwiches, fried foods, and more.

GouZile Epis: A rich Haitian seasoning blend made with fresh herbs, vegetables, and spices. It can be used to season meats, seafood, rice, beans, vegetables, soups, and many other dishes.

GouZile Hot Sauce: A flavorful Haitian-inspired hot sauce that brings heat along with bold Caribbean flavor. It’s made to add an extra kick to meals without overpowering the taste of the food.

We wanted to share our gratitude for the community that contributed to our Taste of OTK fundraiser!

This event was a joint effort of 19 of our 50 OTK members. These members put so much work and planning into this collective fundraiser resulting in the success of raising over $2k, allowing us to complete our final payment on the new dish room floor we had installed at the end of the summer.

Community was able to gather at this unique hyper local food market and support the growing businesses within our shared kitchen. Thank you to everyone for making this inaugural event so successful. We can’t wait to showcase our members in future Taste of OTK events!

This is your invitation to order *everything* off the LOTE 787 menu R. House this month~ including their rotating specials! I tried the soup special on Monday and it was so comforting and delicious. Plus I personally love getting rice, beans, chicken and plantains for my one year old- they absolutely can’t get enough! -xo kiah
