Just a reminder, we do cater outs for your office or crew!

We want to thank our friends at Ball Metal Container for the opportunity to feed their inventory team with 2 dozen breakfast sandwiches this morning!

Good Morning everyone! How about a 3 Egg Omelet and seasoned Homefries this morning?

So with the difficulties we've had this week, we have decided to remain closed until Tuesday. This allows us time to recieve and install parts and also to enjoy the labor day weekend. We will be back next week, rested, energized and ready to see all of you that we've missed this past week. Have a fun and Safe Weekend!

09/03/2026

Update: We are closed today (Friday 9/11) due to a personal matter.

Update: We hope everyone had a great extended weekend. We just wanted to let everyone know we will be closed (Wednesday, Thursday) due to the holiday delay of our parts being shipped. We hoped they'd be here yesterday but we knew this was a possibility. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Regrettably we will be closed for the week and possibly Tuesday as well. We were surprised Wednesday to come in to another equipment failure. It's an unfortunate string of bad luck. The fault of no one. The decision to shut down was not taken lightly, the loses were a gut punch. We have several families who depend on our continuous operation. We will persevere and get through this. As for our critics, they will always be there - its the nature of the internet. For our customers and neighbors who have reached out, supported us and patronized our shop regularly over the last 5 MONTHS we've been in operation - Thank You!

We hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend!
