SAFETY NOTICE: the Pure Markette will be CLOSED Wed., June 24, due to severe weather in the afternoon/evening forecast, including thunder, lightning, hail and high winds. We hate making this call, yet need to give our vendors, volunteers, and community partners as much notice as possible to plan accordingly. We are working with our partners to reschedule programs and promotions. The Lake County Chamber of Commerce and Pure Markette Sponsors Special Recognition Day will be held July 8. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our very special 250th Independence Day Celebration scheduled for Wed., July 1. Keep an eye out for posts on all the activities, entertainment and vendors coming your way!

UPDATE: The June 24th Markette has been canceled due to dangerous weather forecast! We'll be back July 1!

Here's our June 24 line up -- join us in downtown Baldwin from 3-6 PM as we transform the parking lot behind Homemade Ice Cream and the Baldwin Business Center into a vibrant outdoor market with over 35 farmers, makers, and bakers, plus great programs for adults and children!
