1901 → 2026 and still making the list. ❤️

Discovery Matt recently called Bakersfield one of the most underrated food towns in California — and included among his top spots in the city.

We may be a little biased 😉, but what we love most is seeing Bakersfield’s food culture getting some love.

For more than a century, generations have gathered around the tables at Pyrenees for Basque food, drinks, conversations and memories — and we're grateful to still be part of that story today.
