This is a first for us, but we're always down to try something at least once!! Chile relleno tacos & esquite for the last week of Hispanic Heritage Month!! 🌮🌽😋

Sonora-style flour tortillas loaded with refried beans, soy chorizo & tofu crumble, cheezy stuffed jalapeño, and cilantro & onion 🔥
And because every good meal has a sidekick... add on a yummy Esquite cup!
