I am making lamb bbq Mexican style slowly cooked with some herbs.
I will be selling 20 dls per pound that include a dozen of tortillas with salsa, cilantro and the comsome ( soup) . I am taking order prior to buy it because is rare, expensive and the preparation takes awhile to cook.
Also, we have shrimp cocktail $11.99 , enchilas poblano with chicken comes with choice of pasta salad, potato salad, cactus salad, rice or beans $11.99 , poblano red mole chicken comes with rice and beans and homemade tortillas $11.99 . Also we have vegetarian dishes
