We don’t even know where to begin. ❤️

Today’s Back to School Bash was something we have been working toward for an entire year and seeing the fairgrounds filled with kids laughing, families spending the day together, volunteers jumping in wherever they were needed, and our community showing up in such a HUGE way was more than we could have hoped for.

To every family who came: thank you. We hope you left with more than school supplies. We hope your kids had fun, made memories, ate good food, got completely worn out playing, and felt just how much this community cares about them.

To every volunteer who gave their time, every business and organization that donated, every person who helped set up and clean up, and every single person who said, “What can I do?” you made today happen.

And this is only the first thank-you, because there are far too many incredible people to fit into one post.

Over the next few days, we’re going to make sure they get the recognition they deserve. ❤️💛💙

For tonight, though, we just want to say:

Fallon County, you showed up.

Thank you for making our Back to School Bash better than we ever imagined it could be.

We cannot begin to say how grateful we are to every family who came out, every volunteer who jumped in, and every person who helped make our Back to School Bash such an amazing day.

Seeing our community come together, kids having fun, families connecting, and all those school supplies heading home with students is exactly why we dreamed this event up. 🥹

After a YEAR of planning, dreaming, organizing, shopping, and an incredible amount of community support… the Back to School Bash is HERE! ❤️💛💙

Come spend the day with us at the Fallon County Fairgrounds from 10 AM–4 PM!

One year in the making. ❤️

Tonight, our core staff and their families took a moment to breathe before the big day. After nearly a year of planning, organizing, fundraising, shopping, recruiting volunteers, and preparing every detail, we finally got to spend an evening together and let the “kids” enjoy the bounce houses before welcoming the community tomorrow.

This event has been built by people who believe our community deserves something special. Behind every backpack, haircut, bike repair, meal, game, and prize is a team that has poured countless hours into making tomorrow possible.

To our Coffeehouse staff and to the families who have supported us through every late night, meeting, and last-minute projects… thank you.

Tomorrow, we get to see a year’s worth of hard work come to life. We can’t wait to share it with all of you. 💙🎒🎉

The Back to School Bash is about so much more than school supplies! 🎉

We have heard from a few families who were not planning to attend because they do not need supplies, and we want to make sure everyone knows: you are absolutely welcome!

Come enjoy a fun-filled family day with food, games, inflatables, bike safety checks and repairs, haircuts, activities, prizes, and plenty of opportunities to spend time together as a community.

You do not have to need school supplies to attend. The supplies are simply one part of the day, and families are welcome to participate in as much or as little as they would like.

This event is for our entire community, and we would love to see you there! ❤️

Oh and the shop has these super cute cookies to go along with tomorrow! Some are even gluten free.

We are so grateful to Jackie Martin, Kristen Custer, and Karli Morris for donating their time and talents to provide FREE back-to-school haircuts at our Back to School Bash!

📅 Haircut Schedule:
✂️ Jackie Martin & Kristen Custer: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
✂️ Karli Morris: 1:00 PM–3:00 PM

Appointments are approximately 20 minutes and are limited, so sign-ups will be available at The Coffee House. Be sure to stop by and reserve your spot!

We couldn’t make events like this happen without generous community members like these incredible ladies. Thank you for helping our kids head back to school feeling confident and ready for a great year! ❤️🎒✏️

We have prizes for kids of all ages! And yes, we made sure to include some pretty fun ones for the older kids too! 🎉🎁

Every student will get one ticket and a bonus ticket if you complete your Activity Passport for a chance to win one of our prizes. We can’t wait to see you there!
