Riverview Cafe in Bainbridge, PA UPDATE:
We are sorry to announce the Cafe will be closed this summer 2025 due to health issues with the managers. We are missing our great tour guide and cafe manager, Tina Marks, who went to Heaven over the winter. We are currently looking for a new manager for the Cafe. It is a great opportunity for someone with Food Service education, who would like to operate a Cafe without needing the Start-up capital that usually goes with that. The cafe is all set up and ready to go. If you don't have your SafeServ certification yet, we have a staff member who is certified. And there are several volunteers who love giving of their time to raise funds to keep restoring the Mansion. If you have a vision of opening a small cafe, this one already has a great reputation and people come from as far away as Phila. and Baltimore for the food. THE ANNOUNCEMENT YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR:
PRIVATE LABEL RIVERVIEW CAFE COFFEE WILL BE AVAILABLE BY CHRISTMAS!
The coffee will come in 8oz. bags of whole beans so it's as fresh as possible. If you need it ground, the cafe is able to grind it for you when you purchase it.
This is the same coffee we serve at the Riverview cafe and it comes to us directly from our friends who own a small private family-owned coffee plantation. After traveling all over the world and tasting coffee in many countries, this plantation had the best coffee according to our travelers and our Cafe customers. It is hand picked at the very peak of ripeness and roasted to perfection before shipping to us. If you want to order for Christmas, please PM me and I will let you know as soon as it arrives.

Due to unforseen circumstances the Cafe' is closed today Saturday September 28th we will open for our final week Wednesday Oct 2nd at 9am. We will be open thru Saturday Oct 5th Sorry for the inconvenience.

The Cafe will be closing for the year on October 5th
The mansion will hold
Fall Apple Fest on October 13 noon to 4pm. We will also a Native American harvest feast November and a Haldeman Christmas In December

The front porch is waiting for some relaxed diners. It's a great view of the river and the birds are chirping happily. The river view patio is also open. Breakfast today is breakfast sandwich, yogurt with granola, french toast and cup of fruit. Lunch is tomato basil soup, chicken salad or sandwich, turkey, cheese and apple panini as well as fruit smoothies, meadow tea, hot tea and coffee- regular or iced.
We look forward to greeting our repeat guests as well as getting to know new neighbors.

It's a beautiful morning for breakfast at Riverview Cafe. Enjoy breakfast while relaxing in a rocking chair on the front porch overlooking the river. Start your day peacefully and well fed. Coffee, meadow tea, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and granola with fruit, french toast or tomato basil soup and chicken salad sandwich , or turkey, cheddar and apple panini and watermelon for lunch.

We have indoor seating in our beautifully restored rooms. So come Saturday from 9 to 2 to enjoy a Native American fry bread taco or fruit topped Frybread!
