The cafe has been open for a little over a month now, and we’re so grateful for the amazing families who have helped transform BPC into such a magical place. Your support, laughter, and connections are what make this space feel like home. 🏠💕

Last year, we left Santa Barbara and spent several months living in Paris before eventually putting down roots on Bainbridge Island. One of our favorite discoveries along the way was the neighborhood play cafe culture. We loved having a place where kids could play while parents gathered over coffee, built friendships, and felt connected to their community. It made everyday family life feel richer.
After moving to Bainbridge, we found Amanda through Tots on the Trail, which helped us feel at home. When she told us she was opening a play cafe, we became immediate fans.
And she did it.
Bainbridge Play Cafe has become everything we hoped it could be and more. Charley runs through the door excited to play, and we’ve watched both him and ourselves build friendships along the way.
For us, Bainbridge Play Cafe isn’t just a place to play. It’s a reflection of what makes Bainbridge special, a community where families connect, kids can be kids, and strangers quickly become friends.
In many ways, Amanda brought a little bit of the magic we discovered in Paris right here to Bainbridge.”
