That's A Some Pizza Since 1984 we are Bainbridge Islands oldest owner operated restaurant using a 129yr old Sourdough!

Family owned and operated for over 37 years we have been using a 127 year old sourdough starter from the Klondike gold rush to make our sourdough pizza crust. We are the oldest owner operated restaurant on Bainbridge Island!

Come with us behind the scenes! 👀 Our sourdough starter (that's been kept alive for over 130 years!) is mixed daily into locally-milled flour to create our dough. We let it sit overnight in the walk-in to let the texture and flavors develop, and the next day, we pull it out, give the dough a little stretch, and form it to our round pizza baking sheets. Each step of the way requires a lot of skill to do it right!
