We’re excited to share a new chapter at Chives Food Trucks, led by longtime Door County hospitality pro Maria Grasse. With deep roots in the local food scene, Maria is stepping in to manage the Chives Food Trucks operation and launching her own breakfast concept, Biscuits, inside our vintage café trailer.

Biscuits will feature comforting, elevated breakfast classics centered around house-made biscuits and locally sourced ingredients.

You’ll still find all your favorites: Chives Grill & Griddle, Harbor Pizza Company, and the Food Truck Bar. 

We’re also incredibly grateful to Morning Glory for three wonderful seasons and the role they played in shaping this special gathering place.

We can’t wait to welcome you back May–September in downtown Baileys Harbor.
