Any advise, tips, tricks, suggestions for getting Park County building department to issue our building permits?!? It’s been over 4 months and we can’t even get as much as a response from anyone as to why we haven’t yet gotten our permits.

It’s been over a year since we sent out letters to our neighbors and asked how they felt about a bar/restaurant moving in. We got an OVERWHELMING POSITIVE response!🫶
Over 9 months ago we got in front of our county board of commissioners presented to them the communities responses, our intentions, and our dreams of what we hoped to create.
A month later, liquor license acquired. Food license quickly there after. Once plans were ready we eventually secured a general contractor and now here we are!
