🔥 Meet Don — Owner & Pitmaster at Canyon City BBQ 🔥

For Don, barbecue isn't just food — it's a craft and a tradition. From managing the wood and smoke to making sure every piece of meat reaches that perfect balance of tenderness, flavor, and bark, being a pitmaster means treating everything with pride and attention to detail.

Every slice of brisket, every rack of ribs, every bite of pulled pork that leaves our kitchen has passed under his watchful eye.

The next time you enjoy a meal at Canyon City BBQ, remember there's a lot more behind that smoky flavor than meets the eye - It's the great work of a pitmaster.

Thank you, Don, for the early mornings, the long hours, and the passion you pour into every cook. 👏🔥🍖

🔥 Why BBQ Lovers Love the Bark 🔥

That rich, dark crust on perfectly smoked brisket isn't just for looks — it's BBQ gold.

✔️ Packed with smoky flavor and bold spices
✔️ Adds the perfect texture and bite
✔️ Often the most flavorful part of the brisket

But here's the secret...

It can't be rushed.

Great bark takes time, patience, and a pitmaster who respects the process. Low and slow isn't just a saying around here — it's how unforgettable BBQ is made.

Come taste the difference that time, smoke, and craftsmanship make at Canyon City BBQ. 🍖🔥
