Yesterday we had a pickup for BBQ and Mac&Cheese in the morning. Then we left to go cater John and Kelsey’s wedding. Beautiful venue for a beautiful bride. Appetizers were Boneless Chicken wings, BBQ meatballs and Fruit tray. Dinner included Mixed greens salad, BBQ, Coleslaw, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Mac&Cheese.. We had a big crew- Lisa and Cathy on bar, Jeremy and Gibson cooking, Chesney, Sydney, Ryan, Leeann and Brystal serving and our late & cleanup crew Maci, Jennifer and Elaina. We’ve had questions about when we will be back at 360 Hardware. We’ll be cooking next Saturday 6/20 for Fathers Day. New pricing and new items. Hot items will be Pork BBQ, Buffalo chicken wings, Baby Back ribs and maybe limited Mac&Cheese. . Cold items will be Beef Brisket, Shredded Chicken BBQ, Buffalo Chicken Dip and Cole Slaw. Today we delivered food for a summer Wing party at Richmond Airport. They had 700 Chicken wings in assorted flavors - Buffalo, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey and Sweet Thai Chili. We also delivered Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Assorted chips, Brownies and cookies. It was great seeing so many friends and past coworkers. Thanks to Maci and Ryan for helping me today!

Yesterday was busy! We cooked for three graduation parties. First was BBQ and Wings, then hand cut Ribeye steak, twice baked potatoes, Green beans and Mac&Cheese. The last was was for one of our very own crew Gibson and his friend Kellan. They had BBQ, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw and Mac&Cheese. Congratulations 🎓and we hope everyone enjoyed their food!

Last night we catered the wedding of Mark and Amanda at their home in Warsaw. It was a beautiful day shared with close family, friends and 5 dogs. For appetizers we prepared Caprese Salad, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and Shrimp cocktail. Dinner included Beef Brisket, Chicken Alfredo, Green Beans, Roasted Potatoes and yeast rolls. We even saw my cousin Lindsay and all the kids swam in the pool after the ceremony. Thank you for having us! Congratulations 🍾🥂

Yesterday we catered the wedding of Bob and Katarina at their family home. It was damp but never really rained. Appetizers included Cheese and crackers, vegetable tray and Country Ham Biscuits.
