With the weather getting warmer, we’re craving lighter, fresher foods that still leave our bodies feeling nourished and energized. Chia bowls are the perfect solution, and one of our favorite ways to get in our Omega-3’s! Make a batch of the vanilla chia, and top it with all of your favorites from our house made granola, strawberry sauce, and tropical fruits- to bananas, peanut butter, and more.
