🌾 EXCITING NEWS FROM THE FARMSTAND ON RIVERDALE! 🌾

Y’all have been so amazing about supporting our little farmstand, and we’re excited to share our open weekends for the rest of 2026! ❤️

For the time being, we’ll continue opening every other weekend, Friday through Sunday. We’re hoping having the dates ahead of time makes it a little easier for everyone to plan their visits!

❤️ That’s a wrap on this weekend, y’all!

Tonight, we are absolutely overwhelmed by the way y’all showed up for us this weekend. And when I say overwhelmed, I mean it. 🥹 The love and support you showed our little farmstand was UNBELIEVABLE. I feel so incredibly blessed and fortunate, and we truly cannot thank y’all enough.

‼️But tonight I also want to give honor where honor is due.‼️

Aunt Cole and Nana don’t know I’m writing this, but while I had to step back and get things in order and renovations completed, those two stepped UP. They became a dynamic duo and kept that stand going. They never complained about the workload. They saw a need, rolled up their sleeves, and got it done. That is something I will never forget. ❤️

Some of y’all know the dynamics of our family and some don’t. We aren’t just a typical little farmstand on the side of the road. We are a mama, daughter, and daughter-in-law, raising our families right here together and running this little stand as a family. And of course, we can’t forget Poppy, the man behind the scenes who somehow gets pulled into all of our ideas! 😂❤️

So tonight, while we thank YOU for the unbelievable support you gave us this weekend, I also want to say thank you to Nana and Aunt Cole for carrying the load when I couldn’t.

And to every single person who stopped, shared our posts, told a friend, bought something, or continues to cheer us on, THANK YOU. Thank you for not just supporting The Farmstand on Riverdale, but for becoming part of our little family. 🥹❤️

It’s Saturday farm stand family and that means you’ve got today and tomorrow to come on by and pick you up something good to eat.

Don’t forget about the free school supplies that are available inside the stand and poppy’s plants and worms on the outside.

Y’all, first I just have to say THANK YOU. ❤️ I was so nervous about my first day back, and the love y’all showed me meant more than you know.

Last night while my daughter and I were baking, I found myself telling her about this beautiful lady. My great grandmother, who we’ll call Granny B. ❤️

She lived 18 hours away, so visits were special. I’ll never forget being in first grade when she called and asked what I wanted her to make when we came to visit. I didn’t even have to think about it. Her chocolate cake. When we finally arrived after dark, there it was sitting on her little kitchen table, with a slice already waiting for me. ❤️

Last night was the first time making this recipe “solo”! Lord knows that generation of women did NOT share recipes. 😂🫣 You just figure it out until it tastes like you remember. No pressure, right?! Good gracious, Granny B. What did you think we were gonna do, make it better than you?! 😂

And as my daughter stood beside me in the kitchen, our family had just welcomed another sweet baby boy, another great great grandson for Granny B. I couldn’t help but think maybe she was looking down smiling at all of us. ❤️

So if you grab a slice of chocolate cake from the Farmstand, now you know there’s a little story behind it, and apparently a recipe Granny B took with her. 😂❤️
